If you’re trying to find Caleb, the first place to look would be in the forests of Leelanau County. During play hours he is often on a mountain bike, backcountry skis or splitboard. During work hours he has been a Land Steward for the Leelanau Conservancy- focused on Forest Health, Ecological Restoration and bringing Climate Resilience to Leelanau Conservancy Natural Areas. Now as Stewardship Project Manager his focus is on the revitalization of Sugar Loaf. Working with a steller team of Leelanau Conservancy staff and community volunteers to create a community gathering space open for everyone to recreate, relax and revel in the beauty of the natural world.
