As the Founder of All Ethos, a growth strategy advisory firm in Traverse City, Elaine guides companies of all sizes and stages of growth through transformative change. She utilizes foresight and future studies as the cornerstone of her strategic planning approach. 

Her 15+ year career in corporate strategy spans the outdoor recreation and health and wellness sectors, where she has empowered clients who operate in diverse spaces from outdoor apparel and retail to wearable tech to vitamins and supplements to food and beverage. She is proud to list Carhartt, Gulfstream Aviation, Nature’s Made, Universal Nutrition and Roush Automotive as just a few of her past clients.

Elaine’s professional life is deeply intertwined with her personal enthusiasm for the outdoors, reflected in her active lifestyle as an avid runner (2024 NYC Marathon Team CurePSP member), engaging in outdoor adventures – golf, skiing, and paddle boarding – with her husband and two children, and coaching youth sports. This blend of personal passion and professional expertise brings a distinctive perspective to her work, merging data-driven insights with a deep connection to the ethos of the companies she works with.
