Susie Grace has spent much of her career guiding brands toward strategies rooted in authenticity and storytelling, with a focus on sustainability and outdoor-minded companies such as Naish, G5 Outdoors, M22, and Truly Free.

Raised in an entrepreneurial family, she always carried the desire of creating something of her own. After nearly 15 years of helping others build their dreams, she turned to create the one she believed needed to exist in the world: Valor Skincare, a personal care brand that values people and health as much as the environment.

Through Valor, Susie champions experiences over appearances. She believes that caring for yourself is what allows you to do the things you love for longer, and that we don’t have to trash the beautiful Earth while doing so. For her, life is precious, and authenticity is not a marketing term. It is the compass that guides both her work and her way of living.
