Josh Baker Josh grew up in Harbor Springs sailing, windsurfing and swimming in Little Traverse Bay on Lake Michigan.  After co-directing, with his wife, Molly, Colgate University’s Outdoor Education program for 12 years, Josh and family moved back home and took over The Outfitter, a specialty outdoor retail shop in Harbor Springs in 2006.
